 Introduction
Sleep-disordered breathing not only manifests snoring and daytime sleepiness but also increases the likely hood of cardiovascular disease, and attracts more and more attention in the recent decades. Chang Gung Sleep Center has developed for fifteen years. Surgery for sleep-disordered breathing has been working in a multi-disciplinary team model to offer patients the best quality of service. Many international fellows received our new concepts and techniques to develop individual treatment models for different culture and insurance under evidence-based medicine. Today we are working be one of the best training center in sleep-disordered breathing and will persist in sleep medicine for human welfare.
