We hold morning meeting from 07:15 to 08:15, Mondat to Thursday. On Monday, lecture of the four subspecialities is held in turn. On Tuesday, it is the chart round. On Wednesday, we review the cases from emergency room and in-patient department of last week to discuss about the adventage and disadventage of treatment and teach the residents, intern and medical students at the same time. The journal reading is on Thursday. In addition to above, the morbidity and mortality conference and evidence-based medicine are conducted monthly.
