‣研究結論與應用性

根據此世代追蹤研究，在偵測OHSCC患者的同時性癌症或遠處轉移

的診斷效力上，PET/MRI顯著高於MRI，但跟PET/CT卻沒有顯著差異。此

研究是全球第一個單獨針對OHSCC病人進行的PET/MRI前瞻性研究，相關

發現將有助於規劃OHSCC的診療計畫，改善病患診斷品質，也可增進預

估化學放射治療預後。
