After being taken by the CT instrument, the 1mm CT image of the abdomen is sent to the Big Data Project CT Workstation (Mini-PACS) for storage;
The 5mm CT images are sent to the hospital PACS system for storage;
MR images are directly transmitted to the hospital's PACS system for storage.
If the big data project accepts a case without a 1mm CT, the 5mm CT or MR image will be accessed from the hospital PACS to the CT workstation for acceptance.
After the pathology report of the case is released, ask the diagnostic radiologist to confirm and complete the structured imaging report (AJCC)
Upload all received case images to the Health System Center server (health big data database). When the images are entered into the server, they will be automatically de-identified in accordance with the regulations of the State Grid Center.
At the same time, the assistant provides the case image report date, PACS No. and other information to the staff of the Health and Human Services Center for structured reporting of the received case images.
The staff of the Health System Center uploaded the de-identified medical images and corresponding structured image reports to the LIONS system of the State Grid Center.
