The Clinical Proteomics Center (CPC) is supported by Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH) and provides mass spectrometry-based proteomic platform for clinical and biomedical research. Clinical proteomics, a multidiscipline task, foster the translation of basic proteomic discoveries into clinical applications for improving patient care. To archive this task, it requires collaboration between mass spectrometry scientists, clinical scientists, molecular biologists, and bioinformatic scientists. In the past several years, a total of 66 principal investigators and 58 graduate students /research assistants have been involved in collaborated researches and training programs. Some important research results have been documented and published in scientific journals such as Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, Hepatology, Journal of Hepatology, Journal of Proteome Reseach, and Proteomics.
