The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical department in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital was established in 1976 by its leading pioneer Dr. Samuel Noordhorf. Over the past 30 years, it has developed into a world renowned medical center that specializes in multiple aspects of plastic surgery including microsurgical reconstruction, craniofacial procedures, trauma management, burn care and cosmetic surgery.
