RESEARCH INTEREST

My research interest is focus on the structural and functional Leptospiral outer membrane proteins. The outer membrane is the first line to interact with host and induces the inflammatory responses through host cell membrane receptors. The interaction between ligand and receptor provides direct evidence to explain the molecular mechanism of the pathogen and host interaction.
