Hope in Hell -Inside the World of Doctors without
Borders tells us all the stories Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF)
personnel encounters when they were on rescue missions in
different countries with all kinds of medical and political
problems. From delivering thousands of babies in one day in
countries invested with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,
to helping innocent civilians who were caught between the
fires of political power play, MSF personnel truly has gone
where no man has gone before - but there are always two sides
to every story, are they really the heroes we imaged them to be,
or are there a dark side of the story we just choose to ignore?

Being a fourth year emergency resident, Medecins Sans
Frontieres (MSF) is not just a name I read off the newspaper
article. The organization is very well known internationally,
and very often we found ourselves discussing our dreams of
joining them one day. I remembered meeting a doctor during
