1. Evaluate therapy strategies for osteogenesis and angiogenesis of posterolateral spinal fusion basing on the specificity of biomaterials and MSCs from osteoporotic patients. NSC 100-2314-B-182-010-MY3, 2011.8.1~2014.7.31. Principal investigator.
2. Evaluate possible therapy methods for degenerated disc basing on the effects of electric current, electric field, PLIUS, HBO, and siRNA treatment on human degenerated disc cells---study for gene, RNA, protein, Wnt signaling transduction, and animal model.
