Focus of Interest :
- My laboratory has several lines of research. The first line of research in my
lab is to identification the mechanism of causal gene, networks, immunomodulatory,
and transcriptional regulator in novel longevity mouse model. Second, I’m interested
in drug discover of sepsis, immune-related diseases, Huntington's disease, and HCC.
We combine the high throughput screening methods; NHIRD data analysis;
Evidence-based medicine and mouse model to development the drugs. Third, I’m
investigating the regulated process of the stemness and differentiation of
hematopoietic stem cells involve in understand the exact mechanisms that cause the
unexpected extending healthy lifespan and low cancer incidence phenotypes of novel
lab-generated longevity mouse model. Last, my clinical interests are focus on
investigating of the correlation between microRNA and HCC.
