‣研究目的背景

Psoriasis has been found to be associated with various inflammatory

comorbidities, including diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, uveitis,

and inflammatory bowel disease. Moreover, obesity is prevalent among

psoriasis patients and has been considered an independent risk factor for

the occurrence and worsening of psoriasis by promoting systemic

inflammation. Weight reduction with calorie restriction has been found to

improve psoriasis in obese patients.
