Appointment Registration：07 : 00 ~ 16 : 00
Morning Clinic：07 : 00 ~ 10 : 30
(Sunday after 08 : 00 register in the payment front desk at children's Hospital)
Afternoon Clinic：07 : 00 ~ 15 : 30
(Saturday after 12 : 30 register in the payment front desk at the medical building)
Night Clinic：07 : 00 ~ 19 : 00
(After 17 : 00 register in the payment front desk)
Night Clinic：07:30 ~ 19:30
Telephone or on-site appointment registration service is for the period of out-patient office hours within the same day and previous fourteen days before visit..
If you are unable to come here after completing appointment registration, please cancel it one day in advance by telephone. If you have three absent records within half year, you can't make any appointment through telephone registration temporarily. Please come to the registration front desk to register.
New patients should come to the registration front desk to complete check in procedure half hour earlier before the appointment.
After completing appointment registration, please refer to the appointed schedule coming to the clinic waiting room to visit the doctor in sequence. The Registration Fee is paid after the doctor visit.

CHARGE STANDARD (FEE SCHEDULE)
Health insurance personal status Registration Fee:
NT$ 100 Dollars (Emergency Care：NT$ 170 dollars)
Health insurance personal status Copayment Cost：
NT$ 210 Dollars (Dentistry, Chinese Medicine：NT$ 50 dollars, Prescription Charge：NT$ 20 ~ 300 Dollars, Emergency Care：NT$ 420 dollars)
Low-income card and handicapped manual and Taipei city below three years old children medical supplementary proved holders are exempted from the above costs, except children medical supplementary proved holders' Emergency Care Registration Fee for 90 dollars. (Only handicapped people are granted exemption of the Prescription Copayment Charge).
Above 70 years old elders are granted exemption of the Registration Fee.
