先製作3種粒徑大小(S、M、L)之負載共軛亞麻油酸(conjugated linoleic acid, CLA)的α-生育酚奈米結構脂質載體(α-tocopherol-incorporated nanostructured lipid carriers, tocol NLCs)，並以螢光染料Rhodamine 800進行標記後，分別與前脂肪細胞(3T3-L1)共同培養24小時，再利用流式細胞分析儀檢測細胞攝取奈米粒子量(Rhodamine螢光強度)。
以共軛焦顯微鏡拍攝觀察3T3-L1細胞對於標記rhodamine 800螢光的3種粒徑大小(S、M、L)之(CLA-loaded tocol NLCs)奈米結構脂質載體的攝入情形。
