從急性骨髓性白血病(AML)患者的外周血及骨髓分離單個核細胞(PBMCs and BMCs)後,利用磁珠套組去除表現CD45的細胞,再利用流式細胞分選儀篩選表達CD45-CD235a-CD31-CD146low/+CD271+的間質幹細胞和前驅細胞(MSPCs),以及表達CD45-CD235a-CD31-CD146-CD271-的基質細胞(stromal cells)進行實驗。 在MSPCs骨細胞分化過程中加入不同AML細胞系(KG-1、U937、THP-1、OCI-AML3、MOLM-13)共同培養後,以流式細胞分析儀檢測MSPCs中的細胞質β-catenin水平來評估WNT /β-catenin途徑的活性。

以流式細胞分析儀檢測牙齦紫質單孢菌感染的食道鱗狀細胞癌細胞(CE81T及TE2)中CD11b、Gr1、CD44、PD-L1、ALDH1的表達。 以共軛焦顯微鏡拍攝免疫螢光染色結果,檢測食道鱗狀細胞癌細胞(CE81T及TE2)受到牙齦紫質單孢菌感染後,其癌轉移(EMT)與癌幹細胞(CSC)指標蛋白的變化與後續訊號傳遞機制,並進一步評估骨化三醇(Calcitriol)在體外治療牙齦紫質單孢菌誘變食道癌的效果與臨床應用之策略。
