Moderating Variable ?!

I want to know what moderating and intervening variable actually is.

I think you are talking about path analysis. Do a search for 'path analysis' and also look for books such as 'statisics in the social sciences', 'statistics in educational research', 'model building in the social sciences or educational research', etc.
