survival annalysis

We collected only patients (genetic disease) which have the event in order to study their survival (age to event) according to 3 genetic factors (categorical, 2 levels) - other that those causing their disease.

So all patients have the event and I have no censored data.
May I use Kaplan Meyer/ Cox and log-rank to test if the survival curves are satatistically different?

Do a search to see what others have done with this type of data or these tests.
