hi
i m doing a research for a cellular operator and need to determine a tariff plan in light of a competitor arriving in the market. the customer base is 1.5 lakh.
i dunno how to determine the sample size for the same..as it has to include the non subscribers also

Sample size computations are based on dermining the error of estimation for whatever it is that you are estimating and then adjusting sample size to control this error estimate.
