stats, Please, can some help me?

I would really appeciate some info on spss for students. I don't have a lot of computer experience and I am going back to school after a 18 year absence. My class is 3 hours once a week, and I drive 45 miles to get there. can anyone help me catch up or understand this data sheet?

i have a 333 mghz, 32 ram, 4gb, tower pc. thats all i know. and i would like to make it better. how can i do this with small funds.im not broke, i just cant spend much. i have 6 kids and they have many wants and needs. SHO
