In a probability sample of University of Texas students, white male students were sampled at a 1/20 fraction, and white females at 1/40 fraction, black males 1/5, and black females 1/10. The following ACT scores were measured: white males 22.8, white females 23.4, black males 22.4, black females 23.5. What is the estimate of the average ACT score among the student population? Thanks for your help...stats is not my strong point!!
