can anyone out there tell me the advangages of using Repeated measures ANOVA and a Neuman Keuls Post hoc test? any disadvantages?

Do you understand why there is a special problem with multiple comparisons and post hoc analysis ? If you do enough statistical tests, something will appear to be significant for purely random reasons.
