True or False The shape and standard deviation of a population distribution of a variable can be estimated with a distribution of a sample of sufficient size

Only estimators which are 'consistent' get better as the sample gets larger. With infinite populations such as the toss of a coin a sample can be very large and yet not representative of the population.
