I am taking a poll and there are 16,000 residents, How many of them do I have to poll to get a margin error of +/- 10% with a confidence level of 95%??? Also, What is the formula for doing this???

Assume p=.5, then n=.5*(1.95/.05)**2 . This is approximately 200.
