In which statýstýcal series is it optimal(more represantative and suitable)to use?Mean,mode or median?

See (129.2.115.68/stats) for FAQ, links, and references that discuss this question. Basically, 'average' is a vague concept and which average is best depends on many factors. It is best to calculate a few 'averages' and comapre them, etc.
