I have been going to a graduate level evaluations and assessment class for the last 3 weeks. I am trying to conceptualize the information relative to the class.

Try solve some simple, practical problems that are really of interest to you. Such as making simple shopping decisions, etc. Many people never really learn statistics or probability but see it as a theology of justification, as a sophisticated form of lying, etc.

listen man, dont worry about it. i can sympathize. find good in it by comparing it with all of your other theoretical psych[i assume] classes, which we both know are garbage. see it as an island of concrete in a sea of garbage where you can take your galoshes off and bask in the sun of a real science in a science.

Look at some of the references and links at (129.2.115.68/stats). As a general rule, to understand any subject one should start with the simplest problems that have meaning and go from there.
