Testing difference in distributional pattern
Message posted by YYe on June 27, 2000 at 12:00 AM (ET)

Dear listers,

I like to test the differnces in fish length distribution between two time periods. Five samples were taken for each period.
Fish length distribution is expressed by the percentage of a certain length interval in the total number fo fish in pond.
If I use Kolmogorove-Smirnov test, only the difference in distribution btween two time period for a single pond.
How can I test the temporal difference for the five samples together? Could anybody kindly offer any help?
Thank you so much in advance.
