Help!
I have recently performed a research project looking at which biochemical marker is best to diagnose MI. I have values for 80 patients for 3 different markers. I have been told to compare them by ROC curves. I have never heard of them and really do not know how to use them. I have equations for sensitivity and specificity but how do i use them for ROC curves.
Help if you can.
