Survey Conversion I am doing a longitudinal satisfaction survey. The issue that I am having is the first release was a 6-point scale (1 best), the current (and all future surveys) are 10-point (10 best) scales. How do I maintain data integrity and run comparison/ improvement analyses? Please help, Thank you.
