Tukey Algorithm

I would like to have the mathematical algorithm to calculate the Tukey test to follow an ANOVA.

Which Tukey test do you mean ? What are you trying to do ?

I have to use this test in an assignment I am currently doing however, I can not acually find the formula or how to interpret the resluts anywhere? I was woundering if you could help me, please??
