How do I calculate the Within Sum of Squares? I have all the other data that I need.

SS = varince*(n-1) where n is sample size . Also, total SS = within SS + error SS .

If you know your Treatment SS (which is really your Between SS and easy to calculate)
and you know your Total SS (also easy to calculate), then the Within SS (the same as the Error SS)
is merely the difference between the Total and the Treatment SS.
