Please help to solve these queries in biomedical statistics:

Que.1) A number of men were given the drug A with which, 40 % responded. Now instead of A, B drug is given and 60% responded.Best statistical tool to measure significance of the study is :
a. Chi Square test

Que.2)Tool to measure significance of statistics for the cholesterol level of obese (n=20) and nonobese (n=15) females is :

1a and 2a . Actually, for 2 one should use a wilcoxon rank sum test for differences of two medians.

In question 2 I think independent 't' test or unpaired test may be correct because there is only single observations & two samples are not of equal size!
What do you think?
