statistical confidence that there is one materil identified more often

I've to represent in a two dimentional space 4 material category.I use 4 colors to represent the winning material categories with darker shades indicating a higher proportion of subject identiffying it.Gray lines are category boundaries.In the white areas there will be less than 90% statistical confidence that there is one rithmic category identified more often.
I don't know how to find the white areas.
