Chung Gung Memorial hospital was founded since July 1990.
Based on the medical need of patients in southern Taiwan, we
aim to offer excellent medial service for the public,
promote clinical skill and knowledge for young physicians,
and encourage clinical researches. Our division is composed
of 10 experienced medical staffs, 1 research fellow, nursing
staffs, clinical pharmacists, medical technologists,
dietitians and social workers, providing medical service for
the diagnosis and treatment of allergic and autoimmune
diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematous, Sjogren’s
syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis,
vasculitis, etc. We also provide special clinic for the
osteoporosis and real-time musculoskeletal sonography
examination, assisting medical education and bedside
teaching. Basic studies on the mechanism of inflammatory
arthritis, and global clinical trials on osteoporosis,
systemic lupus erythematous and rheumatoid arthritis are
well known in Taiwan with several publications in SCI
journals. To be outstanding in patient care, research, and
education is our commitment. |
