目前進行中研究計畫: 1) 腦部正腎上腺素網路系統在巴金森氏病接受藥物及復健治療前後所扮演之角色，並探討其與自律神經異常、血流自律調節系統變化與微RNA之相關性研究
2) 巴金森氏病平靜狀態下腦部功能性連結:臨床疾病狀態,藥理作用與動物高場核磁造影研究
3) 以都普勒超音波及磁振造影血管影像評估前導性化學治療對於口腔癌病患內頸動脈分支血流動力學的影響
4) 運用核磁共振、單光子射出電腦斷層、氧化壓力及神經心理功能多面像研究帕金森氏伴隨失智症與否的病態生理
5) 阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症經手術治療前後之腦部灌流與生理時鐘晝夜節律變化之相關研究
6) 阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症之腦部結構與功能變化
