研究興趣:My laboratory has several lines of research. The first line of research in my lab is to establishment and research a novel healthy longevity mouse model Klf1K74R/K74R (Kin) to understanding the regulatory mechanisms of lifespan and healthspan. Remarkably, kin mice display extended lifespan and healthspan with normal metabolism, but reduced fibrosis and neuronal function decay during aging, and anti-cancer ability. Therefore, Kin mice appear to be an ideal model system to study the prevention and treatment of aging-related diseases thus extending the lifespan and healthspan of animals. Second, I’m interested in drug discovery of sepsis, immune-related diseases, Huntington's disease, and HCC. We combine the high throughput screening methods; NHIRD data analysis; Evidence-based medicine and a mouse model to develop the drugs. Third, I’m investigating the immunomodulatory and Immunopanel in Community research. Last, my clinical interests are the focus on investigating the correlation between microRNA and HCC.
