  • Biotherapy
  • Integrated cancer therapy in clinical application

Research Summary
We administered subcutaneous route of immunomodulatory agents including of OK-432 (as adjuvant agent elicit CD83+ dendritic cells to perform phargocytosis, processing, and presenting) to recruit bodies’ immune cells, Interleukin-2 (as T cell growth factor), and interferon (as nature interferon producing cells’ product generate nature immunity). We used these drugs to elicit dendritic cells’ innate and adaptive immunity linkage to produce efficient cell-cell interaction of immunosynapse. Therefore, we final administrated oral or single agent chemotherapy drug and/ combination of chemotherapy to generate cancer cell death. Reference: Lin CT, Wang CN, Lai CH.
