Focus of Interest:
  • Pharmaceutics
  • Drug delivery
  • Dermatology
  • Nanomedicine
  • Pharmacokinetics

Research summary:
The overall goals of our laboratory is to design the formulation for drug delivery to achieve both aims of efficacy and safety when used in clinical status. We focus on two administration routes, including dermal/transdermal and injectable pathways. Another work in our laboratory is to target drug to tumor sites or brain via nanoparticle strategy. We had successfully delivered anticancer and anti-Alzheimer drugs to the targeted tissues without damaging the normal organs/tissues.
