  • Dr Chang was an instrument chief engineer of Taiwan Power Co. at the third nuclear power plant in 1982-1984. From 1988 to 2004, he had been an associate professor, professor and chairman of the department of Electronic Engineering, National Defense University. He is currently a Professor & Director of the Green Technology Research Center, CHANG-GUNG University.
